Attorney Todd Miller has practiced law in Missouri since 2001. Mr. Miller manages a full-service litigation firm he founded in 2005 that represents clients in both civil and criminal cases with a focus on tax; real estate; family, personal injury and estate planning law. He earned his J.D. at the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, MO, and earned his B.S. at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO where he graduated with honors (cum laude). He is a member of the Missouri Bar and several of its subcommittees. He also belongs to the American Bar Association and the Cole County Bar Association. He frequently conducts lectures about estate planning and creating wills and trusts for various community groups throughout the Jefferson City area and he writes and lectures about property tax appeals throughout the United States.

To date, he has represented hundreds of golf, recreational, commercial, residential, and industrial properties nationwide with property tax appeals in over twenty states.
