When I first contacted Truman Tickets, I received an immediate contact from Aimee. However, it took several days before I received any notification about whether or not my ticket could be handled, the fee, and when it would be resolved. It was not until about one week before the required date to pl...ead guilty or not guilty was I contacted by Aimee's office. This caused a little unnecessary anxiety. Fortunately, all was resolved. Would I use Aimee again? Absolutely. I just wish there would have been more prompt contact and/or the opportunity to speak with her over the phone at least once during the process.
