she handled everything quickly and efficiently. she got the ticket paid and made a non moving violation. when I called her to check on the status of the proceedings she didn't take forever to call me back, it was that very same day almost ten minutes later. she was nice, polite and very professional.... she definitely made my first experience with getting a ticket much less nerve racking and easier to handle and deal with. my family and I very grateful for her and her services.
