Bankruptcy law is my focus. Along with all attorneys at The Sader Law Firm, I help individuals, families and businesses, throughout Missouri and Kansas, with bankruptcy matters. We handle cases in Chapters 7, 11 and 13, primarily on behalf of debtors but also creditors. My cases include straight forward Chapter 7’s to complex Chapter 11 cases for small, medium and large businesses. I work with my clients on all aspects of a bankruptcy case, from the initial phone call to meeting with the client, preparing the schedules and pleadings, dealing with creditors and the trustee, attending court hearings and keeping the client informed through conclusion of the case. Whether a case is simple or complex, I listen to my client to determine what is in the client’s best interest and then figure out how to achieve the goal. I realize the importance of returning calls and emails promptly, keeping clients informed, and the need for attorney fees to be reasonable.
The Sader Law Firm is dedicated to treating its clients with respect. We treat people as we would want to be treated. You deal personally with your attorney, during work hours your call will be answered by our receptionist and not a machine, we provide free underground parking and when you come to our office you will be offered a soft drink or coffee and a pleasant environment.
As a practicing attorney since 1984, and one certified as a Consumer Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification, as AV rated (the highest rating) by Martindale and as a Super Lawyer since 2006, I enjoy putting my knowledge and experience to work for my clients. In addition to bankruptcy matters, I handle Landlord-Tenant issues regarding commercial real estate and collections. Initial phone consultations are always free and I can usually give you a very good idea during that initial call of what can be accomplished and the cost. Calls are often returned 7 days a week and appointments are available after standard hours.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I've had the good fortune to know Neil for a number of years. He is an excellent attorney, and a real friend to the legal community. I can't think of another attorney who has taken more time out of their schedule, for no personal reward, to help me and other attorneys when we face questions beyond our skill level. I just can't say enough good things about Neil Sader.
