Makes You Feel At Ease In Sharing Your Situation

David made me feel so at ease and not judged when discussing my conviction which I was so embarrassed to talk about. He gave my situation immediate attention. A consummate professional and a compassionate person

I consulted David because of his professional reputation, but I hired David because of the way he listened and cared about me, my wife, and our family. His experience reassured us as he explained each step of the process and advocated for truth and justice. Top notch legal defense is not cheap; how...ever, David and his staff were efficient with their time and kept their fees within reason. I highly recommend David Bell and his firm.

I hired David to take care of a Uber incident I got into. I failed to pay the fair of the Uber and fled from the scene. David was very up front with me about the ramifications of my actions and the different types of results we could possibly achieve. David was able to negotiate a dismissal, which wa...s exactly what I was looking for. The Uber driver was very difficult to communicate with and wanted a harsh penalty imposed on myself. David negotiated with the prosecutor and Uber driver to get my case dismissed through an apology letter and some counseling. The dismissal David arranged was far less harsh than what I anticipated and was far less costly than what I anticipated. He also removed any ramifications that could have been costly to my professional career. David's communication was great throughout the legal process and I was always in the know of what he was doing. His fees are very reasonable for the ramifications he saved me from. I highly recommend David.

David is amazing!

David Bell was my lawyer for a domestic violence case which we were able to get dismissed! David kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and went out of his way to help me. I am extremely thankful for him! You won’t find someone more invested in your case.

Quality, Compassionate, & Knowledgeable

I have never had to deal with the justice system and so finding out my friend was arrested and charged was new for me. I felt lost and had no clue how to proceed. A referral from a friend led me to David Bell, and I couldn't have been more relieved after a brief consultation about my friend. If yo...u decide to work with David, expect some of the below qualities: - Honest - David will tell you like it is. He uses his experience and knowledge to give insight into things you may not know. - Understandable - David takes his knowledge of the justice system and it's processes, and is able to "dumb it down" to a level that is very comprehensible. - Caring - David doesn't just talk about helping, but he shows his care with action. He actually cares about people and their lives. He wants clients to turn their lives around and doesn't want repeat business! He doesn't just want to get your friend, family member, etc out of jail/prison - He wants to help them get their life right so it doesn't happen again. Compassionate - David will help anyone who needs him, but he has a heart for people who may have just made a mistake and gotten themselves in a poor situation. He understands that people make mistakes, and sometimes the Law catches up to them. He doesn't place fault - but instead is compassionate and works to prevent one mistake from becoming a lifetime of mistakes. I hope I never have to use David again in the future... but I know I've got a quality attorney for life if I, a loved one, a friend, etc, ever get into a situation where it's needed.
