Expertise and Caring

I didn't even understand the charges, let alone that I needed a criminal defense attorney. I was referred to David Bell by a friend. From the moment that I spoke with Michelle, I knew that I made a smart decision. Michelle was efficient and patient with me; explaining how the law and the law firm wor...ked. She was also empathetic and allayed my fears regarding court appearances. She always answered my call. David Bell took all the time I needed - and it was a lot - to explain the charges and what outcomes may occur. He responded to my calls and emails promptly and was able to tamp down the pesky anxiety that kept coming up. He was an advocate, teacher and, most importantly, an experienced, intelligent lawyer. He listened and followed my stated goals. He reminded me of my goals when I got off track. The result was exactly what I stated that I wanted. Not for nothing; he was so good that the retainer wasn't used up! He is honorable, compassionate and expert.

Professional, empathetic, and sensible

If you want a lawyer to get the job done- David is your guy. My wife and I were confronted with a charge out of an undesirable situation- David took into account all circumstances of the situation and we received the justified outcome of a dismissal. I was overly impressed with David's communicati...on; whenever I needed a text or email responded to it was immediate. At one point, David could sense my stress through e-mail and gave me a call instead. Great lawyer and man.

Superb attorney & an amazing human being as well

I hired David because his reviews showed him as someone who was not only professional and experienced but someone who had a heart and empathy for those he was defending. He like the rest of us is in business to draw a paycheck and support himself and his family , but he truly cares about those he is ...defending and is courteous and considerate and non-judgmental. His reviews were correct and if anything in my opinion the scale to rate him should go much higher that 10. He’s very professional but an amazing people person. I’ve really enjoyed taking to him off the record about family , pets , sports etc. and I promised he’ll always get a Christmas card from me every year from now on and that I’d love to call from time to time just to chat about life etc. and the strides I plan to make in life after his representation. I’m not a hardened criminal , actually not even close I just made a bad judgment along the path of life as we all do sometimes. THANK YOU DAVID!!! Best Criminal Attorney In MO

David Bell was the most professional and most thoroughly passionate lawyer I’ve ever hired. He cared enough to listen to the details of my case and and also listened and learned me as a individual. He genuinely put all his efforts towards finding the best solution possible. He worked tirelessly, even... weekends to make sure my case was handled properly which resulted in no charges!! I save life's, he saved mine...and I owe him a debt more than I could ever monetarily pay. David is caring, articulate, intelligent, and an excellent negotiator.
