Genuine, Intelligent, Insightful and Honest. Great Lawyer

David's expertise, thoroughness, and knowledge of the law helped me navigate through a tough USDA investigation. He is a very down to earth guy and very easy to work with. Exceptional, Committed & Caring

David's expertise and responsiveness in and out of the courtroom were exceptional. He and his team were there for us every step of the way. In December 2017 my son was involved in a federal criminal case. I was devastated and confused. After reaching out to friends and acquaintances, David was recomm...ended to us as the best criminal lawyer in Kansas City. I called David’s office, and he immediately returned my call. I explained the situation and he calmly and honestly explained what I could expect. His office promptly set up a first-in-person formal meeting, where he sat down with my daughter and I, explaining in detail the severity of the situation, and what we should expect at the upcoming proceedings. He made us feel like we were part of the team, and we felt safe and comfortable with him handling my son’s case. From the first meeting, inter-state transfer, incarceration, multiple court proceedings, and years later, final sentencing, David always handled my son’s case as if it were his only case. He always took our calls or called me with any changes, and kindly explained, reassured, and prepared us for upcoming proceedings, anticipating and answering any questions. During the COVID pandemic, David was able to work through the court system, and my son was released during that period, which gave us peace of mind. David is exceptional, very professional, knowledgeable, but also kind and caring. We are very fortunate to have had David represent my son and see us through a very difficult situation. Exceeds all expectations.

I recently consulted with David Bell over potential charges that I was facing. After speaking with me briefly over the phone, he agreed to come in to his office on a sunday to meet with me. We sat down and spoke about my situation and he took the time to listen without ever making it feel rushed. He ...offered his insight and experience in dealing with similar situations. After our meeting was over he informed me that is was unlikely for any charges to arise and that reserving legal council was not necessary, making no effort to push me into hiring him for services. David is a genuine and honest person, not like some of the stereotypes you often hear about lawyers wanting to hit you for 100 different fees and charges. He gave me several hours of his time at no cost as well as some very helpful information and guidance for my situation. If I ever need to seek legal council for any reason in the future he will have my business. I would recommend his services to any and everyone potentially needing legal council.
