David had my back, Period!

I’d gotten myself into some hot water and didn’t really know where to start. A friend gave me David’s contact information and I made the call. When he called me back I knew instantly that I was in good hands. Weeks went by and as luck would have it, I didn’t end up facing any criminal charges. It was... quite a relief but the experience was so much less stressful because I had David to guide me through it.

Great Attorney Even Better Human

I sought David's counsel after I was charged with a serious crime in 2021. I had never used any type of legal counsel up until that point so while I can't give a baseline of how the process typically works I can confidently say that David was responsive, diligent, and engaged from our first convers...ation. What I know makes David and Wyrsch Hobbs & Mirakian unique is that they genuinely care more about the person they are representing than the professional client. Our case lasted over 3 years and David was much more than an attorney, he was a lifeline in a time of desperate need. David cares about all of his clients and it shows in the results both legally and personally. I'm incredibly grateful we selected David to represent me in the toughest time of my life and can not adequately convey just how great of a person David Bell and the team over at WH&M are. Take a Chance with David Bell

I had a bad situation last December of 2023, that required me to be physically aggressive. My sister and I were both sexually harassed and physically attacked by a complete stranger, after I got off from work downtown. We were both physically hurt and still had to explain our cases to a judge at Muni...cipal Court. David Bell was recommended to me by a court advocate representing me with NewHouse Domestic Violence Shelter. His sense of humor is quite eclectic and he's very passionate about helping his clients. He's very intelligent, too! David knows the law! David was patient and sympathetic about my situation from the beginning. He both assured and reassured me that he would handle my case, as Iong as I listened to his expertise. I had no choice but to. My case was dismissed today, and although I wanted to make an appearance to my last court hearing, David told me to relax, stay at work, and let him take care of my case. I trusted him and my outcome was successful! Thank you so much for helping me with this case. One less burden I have to carry on my shoulders. The best Criminal Defense lawyer

I spent over 10 hours doing research to find the best criminal lawyers in Kansas City, I talked to a handful via phone and immediately after talking to Mr. Bell knew he was the lawyer I was going to hire. He got back to me quickly and happily set up a meeting fast. His education from the top busines...s school and incredible law school confirms what you need to know about his intellect. Mr. Bell is wildly intelligent but most importantly has a wonderful demeanor. From the moment I hired him I felt looked after which made everything less anxious on my side. He handled my case with a strong presence and I feel like it couldn’t have been settled any better. I could have hired any lawyer in Kansas City to defend me and I’m glad I hired Mr Bell. 10/10 recommend him.
