Description: Defendant indicted for shooting a federal drug agent during search of his residence for evidence of a meth lab. Defendant fired round though his door and hit the agent. No lab was found. Defense was "his home was his castle" and the agent failed to sufficiently identify himself and was trying to kick in the door at 6:00 a.m.
