Doesn't return calls, emails, text or fight for you

He doesn't return your call, text or emails, if he does it's at least 4 days to a week. He doesn't take the time to talk to you except before your court time or sends Jason which knows more about your case then Graham. I'm still waiting for a return call and it's been a mont...

Skipped out on my court date

Had agreed to represent me in a simple civil case where I was completely innocent of the charges. He failed to show, refused to answer his phone, and from what I hear, has a bad habit of doing so. The result left me completely unrepresented, and resulted in a guilty verdict.... in a case with no ev...idence (because again, I was completely innocent).
