Mr. Phillip Tatlow was recommended to me by a very close friend who encouraged me to give Phillip's office a call. Phillip's staff had an appointment set up for me within a day or two.Phillip is very easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable discussing my situation with him.I have always considered myself a very dedicated and proud employee and have been with the same company for over 36 years. While working on a piece of equipment that had malfunctioned, I suffered a neck injury with pain radiating down my left arm. The injury was reported immediately and several day later, I was seen by the company's workman compensation doctor. Several test's, physical therapy and painful injections resulted in no pain relief. The company's doctors final opinion was that I needed a cervical fusion operation, but that he didn't think the injury was caused at work, said that it was a pre-existing condition and that the operation would not be covered by workers compensation insurance, there was nothing more that they could do.
After giving Phillip all the information, he explained to me what he thought would be the best course to take and assured me that he would do whatever he could to help me. With Phillip's diligence and guidance, my cervical fusion operation was approved and performed by the doctor of my choice with all medical bills paid, and I was awarded a substantial amount to settle the case.
I am very appreciative to Phillip and his staff for all the hard work and dedication it took to make this possible.
I would highly recommend Phillip Tatlow to anyone who feels that they have been unjustly treated.

Trust, competence and experience are 3 very important qualities that are required when you need an attorney and Phillip Tatlow provided me with more than enough of all three.
My case was lengthily, as well as complicated and he never once hesitated at spending the time and resources necessary to bring it to a positive conclusion. When I first approached Phil about my case he was more than forthright about my issues and he did not hesitate to develop a plan that allowed us to reach a successful conclusion.
My experience with Mr.Tatlow has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend him if you need an attorney. I'm confident that you'll be glad that you consulted with him. He is an excellent attorney and more importantly a good man.

When I approached Phil about my job-related disability situation, I had very little hope that I had a case against the insurance company that my employer had hired. Within a couple of hours Phil had assured me that I did have a case and a very good chance of collecting funds due me.
Over a period of years, because the insurance company initially denied my claim, Phil time and time again provided extraordinary professionalism, determination, experience and expertise which led to my being awarded the funds we were initially requesting, plus having his fees covered by the insurance company. Phil has fantastic communication skills which made it easy for me to understand the various steps he was taking and which gave me tremendous confidence that I had chosen the right attorney to represent me.
Jill Bollwerk, Workers compensation Attorney
Phil is a wonderful lawyer and human being. That's why we opened our partnership up to him about 18 months ago. He is simply the best at handling life and disability insurance appeals. He also cares a great deal about his clients and he goes the extra mile for them at all times. You won't find a more professional and fair-minded lawyer than Phil.
