State v. Strughold, 973 S.W.2d 876 (Mo.App.E.D. 1998)

Case Conclusion Date: 01.01.2008

Practice Area: Criminal defense

Description: Defendant was initally charged with 22 counts of various sex crimes against 9 child victims. Jury found him INNOCENT of all but 5 misdemeanors. I handled the Appeal and convinced the Court of Appeals to throw out 1 of the convictions entirely because there was no evidence Defendant had committed any crime, and to overturn the remaining misdemeanor convictions because the Trial Judge gave the wrong Jury Instructions to the Jury, even though the defense lawyers told the Trial Judge he was using the wrong Jury Instructions. I second chaired the 2nd trial at which the Jury Acquitted Defendant of ALL remaining charges.
