Professional, highly experienced, talented and it shows in his results
Switched lawyers to Justin after my previous one didn't seem to be fighting hard enough in the divorce. From day one he took the gloves off, battled and got a strong and fair settlement. He listened to my concerns, gave excellent advice and was 100% professional the entire time. Can't recommend this guy enough, you'll see why in the first 5 minutes. Rates were good too, especially considering the high-caliber representation he provides.

Timely and Efficient
Mr Ruth helped me with my divorce. He explained the process and answered all my questions. He always got back to me quickly when I emailed him. He submitted my paperwork to the court promptly and just when he said he would. He made a painful legal process go smoothly. I have already recommended him to others who are seeking an attorney.

Real lawyer
This guy Justin was a godsend in my battle of 5years. Now although Justin didn’t start my case he DEFINITELY FINISHED it with myself being awarded custody. Words are not enough, my advice is experience what this guy does and watch with amazement. #trustTheProcess

Justin was very professional throughout the entire divorce process. He provided timely updates, reviewed information thoroughly and provided accurate analysis of financials. While he didn’t always agree with some of my suggestions, he’d listen and then explain how it would work and the impacts to me and my kids or provide an alternate suggestion.

Amazing Work
I hired Justin for my divorce after my attorney unfortunately died in the middle of my case. Justin moved quickly to get my case resolved. Even when my ex's attorney failed to do their job Justin stepped in to make sure everything went as efficiently and expeditiously as possible. I'm sure you can find cheaper lawyers in the St. Louis area, but Justin will do in 6 hours what those lawyers will do in 12. In the long run Justin will save you time, money, and headaches while taking care of your case. I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you Justin!

After interviewing three attorneys, I knew Justin was the person I wanted representing me. My divorce was complicated and Justin worked to get it finalized as soon as possible in light of an incredible amount of extenuating circumstances. Justin was very professional. He responded quickly to any questions I had, explained the process to me in terms I could understand, and walked with me through a grueling process. Something I very much appreciated about Justin was his mindfulness of my financial situation. He worked hard to make sure the divorce outcome was beneficial to me regarding my retirement benefit. All in all, I highly recommend anyone using Justin as their legal counsel. He is very knowledgable, courteous, and respectful.

Justin Ruth Goes the Extra Mile
Mr. Ruth took on my case even though our request was unprecedented. He said he would do his best to use the legal system to help us. His best was good enough. He was able to present our divorce request to the judge in the best possible light and the judge agreed to our requests that weren't asked in the judge's thirty years of experience. Mr. Ruth answers emails quickly and moves the system along very efficiently. He does all that with compassion. I would say you are in good hands if you hire Mr. Ruth.

Excellent Attorney! Would highly recommend.
In the very first meeting with Justin Ruth, I could tell he was the attorney I wanted to handle my divorce. He listened, asked questions that I had not considered, and gave excellent and fair advice. Justin was representing me but since my husband did not hire an attorney, he informed me of all necessary information that would be needed from him. Our major concern was the timeframe we were working with and Justin kept things on track and went above and beyond what would normally be expected to help us meet that timeframe.

Justin Ruth represented me in a dispute on child support. He deposed my x and got me a fair settlement so we did not have to go to trial. He also assisted by filing termination of child support for one of my children. Justin is very professional and a straight shooter. He gave options and advise to save me money. I would recommend him.

Justin was on top of my case from start to finish. He kept me informed every step of the way, and never hesitated to call if he thought I could use more information. He was highly recommended by another attorney that didn't handle the type of case I needed him for. I would totally recommend him to anyone. He was fair with the cost to retain him. My case only took a couple of months, because he worked and got it done promptly, and done properly! I wish I had him for my divorce, I'm positive that my results would have different.

I was referred to Justin by a colleague of mine. Justin did an exceptional job to say the least. I would encourage anyone going through a separation or divorce to at least sit down and discuss your situation with him before you hire any attorney. I was impressed with his responsiveness, overall knowledge and ability to make difficult issues easy to understand. Justin was able to keep me informed about the process by educating me on the issues that would allow me to negotiate outside of the courtroom. In my opinion he has his clients best interest at heart and is very understanding of each individuals situations.

Justin fought for me every step of the way. He was on my side, even through my own mistakes, and battled hard against any injustices. He also knew I had limited funds so he did his best to reduce my expenses.
