John D. Kershman is a Partner at Stange Law Firm, PC for the Missouri offices of the firm, except for the Arnold, Missouri office. John D. Kershman received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School as well. He earned his B.S. from St. John's University in New York, and his Masters Degree in Business from Webster University at its main campus in St. Louis, Missouri. He is admitted to practice in Missouri, including the Eastern and Western Federal Districts and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
John D. Kershman is an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law. At Washington University School of Law, Mr. Kershman coached the National Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team from 2008 to 2011. His team was a three time reigning National Champion having won the 24th, 25th, and 26th Annual McGee National Civil Rights Competition held at the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Mr. Kershman is an instructor with the Law School's L.L.M. program.

Kershman has years of complex litigation experience including contested matters involing issues such as divorce, paternity, motions to modify, domestic violence, child custody, child relocation, child support, spousal maintenance (alimony), equitable division of marital property, and contempt actions. He has experience before judges in St. Louis County, St. Charles County, Jefferson County, St. Louis City, Franklin County and other surrounding counties.
