Description: My client was arrested and charged with shooting someone and possessing a firearm as a minor. The officers wrote a false police report and tried to say my client was seen tossing a firearm. They failed to perform any firearm residue tests or any fingerprint analysis. They wrote in their report that an eye witness "identified" my client but they failed to provide any contact information for this "witness".
