Strong real estate lawyer
Ryan has an excellent working knowledge of real estate related matters and litigation. He is an expert on the subject matter and I recommend his services.

Not Knowledgable and bad advice
Mr. Shaughnessy was unaware of proper procedure in my case and filed motions that were not allowed in my case. Additionally he failed to provide an affirmative defense when appearing in court.
