I hired his office in April of 2022 and now that it’s October they’re just now telling me they won’t be able to represent me after getting all of the evidence from a driver running a red light. They all seem confused and have very bad customer service. Definitely stay away he makes better videos on t...he radio then he does being a lawyer. I’m not sure if Roderick white is even there to help his attorneys.

It has taken almost a year to settle a simple hit and run accident. I electronically signed my check June the 5th of 2022. It is now August 22, 2022 and they are telling me they don’t know when I’ll get paid out of the check. They even told me 8 to 10 more weeks!!!! I’m just to out done with them! I ...ended up with a very small amount considering what the pay out was! Disappointing to say the least!!!

Hired your firm, completed all recommendations & trusted the advice. No contact or replies for months. I sent an email to your acct then Taylor called to say case feel btw cracks & was to be litigated by another firm. Zero contacts from either party . Nice secy reached out to Taylor but no reply from... him or the firm. Weeks passed then called back. More apologies and week later firm declined case after conversations with Racqueal who forwarded msg from firm misstatting police report blamed me with witnesses. My police report say driver lost consciousness before hitting me and no witnesses. Huge disappointing nd disrespectful encounters communicated to make you aware. Waiting on release priorcomplaints. to public and formal compliants.

I'm very dissapointed in this law firm. Like everyone has said they do not call you back or answer their email. My daughter was in a car accident 12/31/2016 and we have yet to settle this case. The other people in the car with her that used other lawyers been received thier settlements! When I first ...went to the office I should have known then, it was very unorganized and not professional looking. This was the biggest mistake I ever made! I will never recommend this firm to anyone ever!

This Law Firm always took the time out of their day to answer all my questions and concerns that I had in regards to my case. They even sent me to clinics where it was most convenient for me. I really wasn't expecting the amount that they helped me settle for but I'm grateful they were to get me the ...amount they did.
