Bruce was very personable. If I had a question he didn't hesitate to answer and he explained what might, would and could happen where I could understand. I felt he did his best in helping me obtain some sort of stability when my husband tried to leave me and my children with nothing. I didn't know w...hat would happen to us but he helped get me to a point of being able to be stable and provide for my children while getting back on my own two feet.
