I had a very disappointing experience with attorney Steve Hanna. My brother's case took approximately 17 months to resolve, and after all that time, the final outcome was still a guilty plea. During the hearing today, we watched multiple DUI clients represented before us, and every single one was adv...ised to plead guilty. When it became my brother's turn for a hit-and-run case, he was also advised to plead guilty. It honestly left us questioning what exactly we were paying for. What frustrated us even more was the attitude and communication. Before court, we were told that he should have charged us "five grand more," which felt extremely unprofessional considering how long the case had already dragged on. After the hearing, he said, "I hope not to see you guys again in life," which came across as rude and disrespecttul instead of professional or supportive. From our experience, the focus seemed to be more about money than actually fighting for the client. We walked away feeling unheard, disappointed, and frustrated with the entire process. If you are looking for an attorney who will aggressively defend your case and communicate with professionalism and empathy, I would strongly recommend doing extensive research before hiring Steve Hanna.

I am still paying off the $15,000 loan my friend took to hire this firm. I filed a complaint with the ARDC. I have photo evidence of them having dinner with State's Attorney Dora Villarreal and Senator Durbin to discuss federal funding for CSAM cases. My friend and I are still fighting this. I ...would not recommend this firm.

Hannah is all lies and is over priced he gets your money then does not do anything he says. Will not return calls and then dumps you and walks away from the case at the last minute. His license should be pulled. Paid to go to trial then he refused. Of course will not give me any of my money back. ...Go with a PD you'll get better results. He also will not show up to court he will send someone else.

I hired Hanna And Rudd in March,2016.That being said,I received the Email on the seal,yesterday.As for my License, I have been driving with a License, Cleared from Illinois since Nov.2017. Yes,it did take longer than I would have liked it to,I had to take into consideration all of the people they as ...a Law firm had to talk to, to try to figure out how to do this right,since I live out of State.Such as Evaluations and A Out Of State Packet.Got A Evaluation in my State and it was not cheep,and sent it in and Hanna,since that was what they told me to do.Hanna told me it wasnt good enough,The state would deny me and found a awesome guy to do this for me in Illinois.He Knew the Laws,is great at what he does and was a pleasure to meet.Hannah and Rudd did for me what they said they would do and what I have hired other Lawyers, who only took some of my money,and did nothing for me since 1991.This has been a long road for me, and I am so glad that that road is at a new beginning.Chris is awesome,was always there to answer my questions,and call me back,or email me with a answer.Thank You So Much,Hanna&Chris.
