I reached out to Mr. Peska at the beginning of 2018. He stated he was familiar with the landmark case of people vs aguilar and would look into if I was applicable. Long story short less than 100 days later I was in the court room of my local town hearing the state's attorney literally stutter while objecting to the motion to vacate. After a 20 minute banter back and forth citing predominantly case law by both parties I felt a feeling few have endured when the judge briskly agreed with the argument Mr. Peska presented and the judge requested he draft an order to grant the relief we sought. I have been to prison, but am no longer a felon. While that is tough to type into an attorney review I will leave my opinion as thus: Mr. Peska allowed me to contribute my ideas to the argument that took place that day with an open mind knowing that clients will sometimes be passionate about their case. I also view his rates to be very fair if the outcome sought is similar to mine. More affordable than my family weekend trip to the water park that I will keep doing for years to come because I'm not a felon. Ha!

Anthony is well rehearsed and very intelligent Attorney. I was in for aggravated assault which was a farce and Mr. Peska did what he said he could do. My sentence was dropped and fines only and Mr. Peska was or is very concerned and polite during meetings.
