Atty. Timothy White was referred to me by my injury lawyer. He said Atty. White might be able to help me after my accident prevented me from returning to work and gaining other types of employment. We had a conversation in which Atty. White asked me some probing questions. It actually felt that he was interogating me. Now I understand why. He merely wanted to know everything about me to understand my situation that he may represent me in the best possible way to the Social Security Administration. He wanted to make it right for me. His staff was very caring and helpful from begining to end. They kept me informed and prepared me every step of the way. I have many positive remarks about attorney Timothy White and his staff so this review will be long, but I hope it helps someone in need of great lawyer! Mr. White is a wonderful attorney and I have only positive things to say about him. If you want an attorney who is going to be honest with you, straightforward, and explain the disability process so you understand-Tim White is it! The entire process of applying for disability is daunting from beginning to end and a tough burden when you are already dealing with medical ailments. Mr. White and his staff help alleviate this burden, they are there for you, supporting you every step of the way! I have so much appreciation and gratitude towards him and his staff! You need a lawyer. Mr. White is a good one.
I would highly recommend Mr. White. At first I tried on my own and then on reconsideration to no avail. I would say you definitely need a lawyer when you get to the hearing stage if not earlier. Where Mr. White helped the most was directing me on what kind of evidence social security most needs to see. He also advised a different onset date than I had in mind and explained why. He always had a timely response to phone calls and emails. On hearing day it was very confusing. Mr. White stepped in at several points since he knew what they were talking about and why from his experience. Trust me, if you dont have experience with these hearings you will get lost. If you are applying, I would call Mr. White. I likely would have been denied a third time without his help and advice.

Disability case
Timothy White took my case when other lawyers would not. It took a while but I was approved for my needed disability. I did have to attend a hearing with a judge but it was all worth it. The office and staff as well as Mr. White did the work to help me win. I appreciated every effort made. I definitely would recommend Mr. White to anyone who needs assistance fighting for their disability rights.

Excellent Attorney!
Saw Mr White to appeal a disability claim that I originally filed myself. He was thorough, professional and kind. He took his time and patiently answered all my questions. His office team were also very nice to work with. Even my surgeon told me it was unlikely to receive disability for the type of injury I had, but approximately 2 months after I met with Mr. White, my case had been approved. I never had to speak to anyone else at social security or fill out any other forms. I'm sure it's not always the case, but it was unbelievably quick and easy for me. I highly recommend Mr. White to anyone filing for social security disability. And do it from the start; don't waste your time doing it on your own.

Social Security Disability Claim
My husband and I met with Tim and discussed the procedure for filing a Social Security Disability claim. Tim went over everything that needed to be done, explained the process in detail and we left feeling that we wanted to be represented by Tim's firm. Tim worked with us through out the process, was always very professional and always kept in touch with us. I am pleased to say that my claim for disability was granted by Social Security. An Attorney who cares
Mr. White took my case in early 2013 and in early 2014 I was informed that my case was ruled FAVORABLE without going to a hearing . I was very pleased with the entire process of filing for disability and very pleased with the final FAVORABLE result as a result of Mr. White and his staff , after a year of physical therapy and listening to others like me as to what do I do , have I made the right decision , How long will this take , I can truthfully say without hesitation that I made the right decision on letting Mr. Timothy White handle my case
