It isn't often I get into a situation that I can't find a way out of and have to resort to legal means. I didn't want to litigate but try to find someone who could advise me on my other potential options. Ms. Laskaris came to me through a personal referral by a friend whom I trust. He told me that she could help me and if not, would be honest and tell me so before she took any money. I called her and, though hesitant at first, after talking for just a little while that she "got" me and my situation and would help. I am an entertainer and my reputation means everything. I don't want to be labeled a trouble-maker or difficult person to deal with, so standing up for myself when my rights had been trampled on was difficult. Ms. Laskaris became more than attorney to me, she was and is a trusted adviser. She is honest, reasonable in pricing, and goes so far beyond what you would expect that five stars isn't really enough. If you have any doubt about hiring or dealing with an attorney, stop doubting. Hire Diana Laskaris. You will be glad you did.

Ms. Laskaris assisted an organization with forming an Illinois Non For Profit Corporation. We did not know any legal requirements for going about doing this. Ms. Laskaris took the time to ensure that not only did we understand our options but also shared her knowledge of the impacts of the decisions that we were making. She kept us fully informed and responded to all our queries in a timely manner.
Ms. Laskaris's consultative approach resulted in a more efficient manner of forming our company, saved us money, and ensured we were in compliance with the complexities associated with Non For Profits. We could not be more pleased with the service and highly recommend Ms. Laskaris.

I do not ordinarily provide "Excellent" reviews across the board, however, in this case it is warranted. Ms. Laskaris assisted myself and my partner with forming an Illinois Non For Profit Corporation. We were quite ignorant as to the process and Ms. Laskaris's consultative approach resulted in a more efficient manner of forming our company, saved us money, and ensured we were in compliance with the complexities associated with Non For Profits.
Given our scenario was a bit unique, there were some items that Ms. Laskaris was not immediately sure of, and she took the initiative to do additional research and then offered us guidance and recommendations that greatly improved our process without "nickle and diming" us.
Initially we had thought our process would be very complicated and would take a great deal of time, however, Ms. Laskaris made that process very simple and frankly easy due to her diligence, consultative approach, timely responses, and knowledge of the legal aspects that may introduce risk to our company.
We could not be more pleased with the service and highly recommend Ms. Laskaris.
