Rating of Michael Z. Margolies, commercial real estate atty

I've known Michael Margolies for 30 years when he started as a real estate attorney at Jenner & Block LLP. He's been on his own for over 10 years and I use him for all my real estate transactions. He's not only very experienced and extremely knowledgeable, but even tempered, fair minded, and reason...ably priced. I recommend him highly.
