Messed up my case, refused to fix his mistakes

Absolutely stay away from this crook. The worst lawyer in Chicagoland. He is careless, rude and not a person you want your immigration case to be handled. Unfortunately, I was referred to him by a few friends. He provided false information on my application, of course my case got denied, he refused t...o fix it and write appeal with expiration of a purposeful mistake, got nasty, however was quick enough to take payment in full!!!! Took me a lot of time money and effort to got it fixed by another attorney in NY. Do not use him, save your money and time. He is disgurting individual

You get what you paid for... nothing more

I hired this lawyer for my immigration case and he made a couple of mistakes on our case that shouldnt have happened. I think he felt embarrassed on the things that happened and just wanted our case to be over without admitting to the mistakes. He still took our money and didn't give proper explanati...on on our question. It was a very disappointing experience and I hope you'll think before hiring him. He is cheaper than other attorney's but he will not take care of your case with care.

This anonymous client is known to me. He retained my services to prepare and file his adjustment application as derivative beneficiary-spouse of the principal beneficiary in an employment-based immigrant petition who recently entered the US on immigrant visa. The USCIS returned his applications because at that time, his principal's green card was not yet available. I didn't have the chance to pursue this matter because he asked me to return his complete file. I returned not only his documents but the money he gave, IN-FULL. At this point in time, the principal beneficiary already received her green card. With a copy of his principal's green card now forming part of his supporting documents, his adjustment application as derivative beneficiary was finally accepted by the USCIS and is now pending determination.
