Atty. Gerardo Dean filed my EB3 application on April 2016. It got approved on November 2016. Unfortunately, my employer withdrew the petition. Nine months ago, I had a huge problem and i needed to do something with my papers in order to continue working here in the US. I had an H1B Visa then. I heard about Atty. Dean as per recommendation of my coworker, whose friends have been helped by Atty Dean as well. I was able to call him to his office or even his personal phone every time i have a question. He was sincere and honest about everything that's going on with my papers. The lawyer's fee??? Minimal and it's worth it. Unlike any other lawyers who milk their clients like a cow without doing anything. I would definitely recommend Atty. Dean to people, friends or not, who wanted to get a stable status here in the US.
