Atty. Gerardo Dean filed my EB3 application on April 2016. It got approved on November 2016. Unfortunately, my employer withdrew the petition. At that point, I sought help from an agency in the Philippines but was not successful. I wasted a year from the agency. On August 2018, I contacted Atty.... He refiled my I-140 on the first week of October 2018 and got approved on that same month (premium processing). He successfully recaptured my old priority date, April 2016.
