About me

Mr. Saciuk  has worked in both government, as a supervising prosecutor, as well as in private practice working in a variety of fields.

As a former prosecutor Mr. Saciuk handled thousands of cases ranging from simple traffic violations to murder. He attended several prosecutorial trial colleges, and autonomously tried over a hundred misdemeanor and felony trials. He is experienced working with expert witnesses and sophisticated scientific evidence. In addition, Mr. Saciuk has presented cases to the grand jury, argued motions, and independently charged cases. He worked closely with police officers and detectives, as well as other government agents, in preparation of the filing of complaints, as well as in the preparation for trial. Mr. Saciuk also trained police academy cadets as to testifying and presenting evidence during DUI trials.

While working in private practice Mr. Saciuk obtained experience in many fields. Aside from defending clients charged with crimes, Mr. Saciuk successfully represented clients in personal injury cases, medical malpractice, accidents, slip and fall, dog bite, as well as other injury cases. He is experienced in aggressively and effectively negotiating with insurance companies and other attorneys in order to achieve the results his clients deserve.  Most importantly, he is not afraid to fight for his client's case before a judge and jury.

Private practice also allowed him to gain experience in the field of family law--divorce, general civil litigation, contract negotiation and drafting, taxation, as well as Internet law. This diverse background allows Mr. Saciuk to give a thorough and well rounded analysis of his clients' matters.
