Mr. Volheim handled my bankruptcy case. His staff helped me fill out all the required forms. Mr. Volheim responded personally to all my emails and questions promptly. I had never filed for bankruptcy and therefore had a lot of questions and I was very nervous and anxious. He was able to explain the process to me in laymans terms and was able to address all my concerns. When there were glitches with his staff he addressed them immediately and to my satisfaction.

My wife and I were deep in debt because of job changes do to outsourcing, we tried for years to keep everything afloat but eventually just couldn't keep up. I wish we had looked into bankruptcy earlier because it would have eased the stress in our lives considerably. Nate walked us through everything and kept us in the loop on everything going on. We are almost coming up on a year since we went through the process and it was worth it. We are rebuilding and Nate has been there for us even at this stage with a creditor that is violating the bankruptcy. I totally would recommend you go in and talk to Nate and see what he says, chances are he can help you.

I recently had Nathan perform my chapter 13 bankruptcy and I was very happy with the service and education that he and his law firm, Salaiman Law Firm, provided me. I would highly recommend this lawyer to anyone considering a bankruptcy as he really helped me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had a bad experience with a cheaper lawyer, so I decided that I would go with the highest rated specialist that I could find and I learned that you truly get what you pay for. Thanks , Nathan!
