This is the second time I have used Mr. Moretti services. Last time was 10 years ago when I got my first DUI and he got me out of it with no license suspension and supervision which never went on my record. Unfortunately I charged with 4 charges this time- 2 petty offenses and 2 misdemeanors, one bei...ng driving under influence and other leaving scene of accident. Mr. Moretti reviewed the discovery and we decided to go to the trial. I can tell you that he was awesome with his witness interrogations and review of discovery and resulted in the best outcome. I was found not guilty on both misdemeanors of DUI and leaving the scene and got supervision and community service for my petty offenses. He is a great lawyer. I was looking at seven counts . They were for having drugs and a dui. I fall asleep and ran into a tree. I had things on me that I ended up going to jail for in that night.
