From overwhelmed to put at ease after securing a great outcome

I had a situation that had the potential to significantly affect my life and means with which to support myself after being charged with a nonviolent Criminal Charge that occurred due to a mental health disorder that was my first experience with the Criminal Justice System. After doing a considera...ble amount of research and talking to around 10 different Lawyers I could tell Andrew was the best choice and I can say after securing a favorable outcome that anyone else who is considering hiring him should definitely do so. His knowledge and quick responsiveness throughout the process eased my concerns around the whole experience - you will not regret hiring him for any Criminal Charges you face.

Great first experience with a lawyer

Having never been in trouble with the law, Andrew was exactly what I was looking for. He made sure to explain the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable through every single step. Andrew was able to get my case dropped and has helped me through getting my file expunged. I would definit...ely recommend Andrew to my friends and family.

Charges dropped and expunged

I somehow had some charges filled against me even though I didn't do anything wrong. It was some sort of freak mistake, I don't know what happened. But I was totally scared and innocent. Andrew got those charges dropped and my record expunged. He was an easy decision to make in the hiring process ca...use he seemed aggressive and confident and empathetic at my unfair and unjust treatment from the start. I have no doubt we would have crushed them if it went to trial but it didn't even go to trial.

Andrew Weisberg Deserves 6 Stars

Andrew from day one was a very honest but positive lawyer that always responded to me within minutes. I know that Andrew is untouchable from other lawyers because his level of empathy is outstanding and he makes you feel as if you were a friend or family member. It was his job to be my voice during m...y trial (which charges were dropped tremendously from a felony to a misdemeanor gun charge) but it wasn’t his job to be emotionally supportive when I would stress out but he did it proudly no matter the time of day and I felt very much cared for. He is very organized and is very in tune with clients as he has many. Early on, I expressed that I don’t feel comfortable with him bringing another colleague to fill in for him if my court conflicted with another client (which most lawyers do) so he made it a priority to always be present on all court dates and changed dates with the judge if needed. Andrew was always sharp, ready, confident and very firm with the prosecutor and judge every time. He is very straight to the point and focused as he utilizes good evidence to rationalize the situation. He was very understanding with my finances and allowed me to pay in portions until the full payment was made which I know most lawyers expect to be paid the whole amount all at once. I’m very fortunate to have met a kind human being like himself because I feel like it is rare to find a lawyer that genuinely cares and is passionate about fighting for you (you will observe that in court)- most lawyers seem too busy and might not respond for a couple days or even weeks, thank god that wasn’t the case with Andrew. I will definitely hire him to be my lawyer again if any conflict arises in the future and I will definitely hire him again for my expungement. I highly recommend Andrew to anyone- he is very knowledgeable and experienced you will recognize it as he has many good relationships with majority of the prosecutors and judges. If I could rate him 6 stars I would because he exceeded my expectations. Andrew is a true definition of a passionate lawyer that will go through great lengths with you side by side. Thank you Andrew for fighting for me- it changed my life.

Atty. Weisberg is a heaven sent!!!

I highly recommend Andrew Weisberg to anyone who needs a Lawyer that you can trust and rely on. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I got a misdemeanor for the first time ever in my life. I was so scared. I couldn’t even sleep thinking what will happen. I prayed to God to give me the best lawy...er and God answered my prayer through Mr. Weisberg. He is quick to address my concerns. He is thorough and assured me that everything will be okay. He walked me all the way until the end. He is a great person that cares. He was always available 24/7. I am very grateful for him. You wouldn’t regret hiring him!
