Removal proceedings of I.V.

Case Conclusion Date: 04.16.2013

Practice Area: Immigration

Outcome: court proceedings terminated for adjustment of status with the USCIS

Description: In 2012 the ICE apprehended the alien, issued an NTA and placed Respondent in removal proceedings. After reviewing the case's merits, subsequent bona fides and filings were prepared and submitted to qualify Respondent for a statutory available relief to adjust the status. Once the necessary relief forms was approved an AOS package with requisite documents was submitted in court which satisfied the court to terminate the removal proceedings and proceed to adjust administratively. The client successfully qualified for AOS as an LPR and received a green card.
