William Schmitz is the picture perfect attorney. I could not have asked for a better person for the job. Not only did he take the time to consult me legally, but he took the time to get to know me personally and ease my fears. He breaks down each step of the process so that you are 100% aware of what... is going to happen and what could possibly happen. William does not beat around the bush with the legal advice which I appreciated. He did not sugar coat any of the information and gave accurate dollar amounts as well as time frames as to when things could happen. Absolutely amazing. I was hit by a semi pulling a stage as a independent contractor.. I was given a friend's recommended attorney and he was awful I was lost and confused my back was really messed up. We are very pleased with the outcome of our case, even though it was a longer fight than anticipated. Covid slowed the roll of things a bit, but that was out of everyone’s hands. We were fighting a workman’s comp/statute of limitations case. We had what we needed to get a fair outcome, we just had to... go through the back and forth until we met in the middle.
