Excellent Attorney

Nick is an excellent Work Comp attorney. Nick is not afarid to take on the insurance company on a disputed claim.. Nick will get the full value for your case or go to trial, The claim was denied. Nick took the case to trial and was awarded more than what he had made a demand for prior to trial.

I am a Union Electrician and I hired Attorney Fitz to handle my workers’ compensation claim when my surgery was denied by the employer and the insurance company. He filed a motion for trial and I got approval for my surgery on the date of trial, also on the date of trial all my back pay money from w...orker’s compensation was approved and sent to me. Attorney Fitz always returned my calls and kept me informed on everything that was going on in my case. I would recommend him to all of my Union, my friends and family too.

Excellent Results with Mr. Fitz

My experience with Mr. Fitz was excellent! He always kept my benefits coming on time from the insurance company and kept me informed about my case from the day I got hurt. He always returned my calls and made the entire process of hiring an attorney a positive experience. He negotiated with the ins...urance company and their lawyers and my settled for 4 times the amount that the insurance company first offered! I will definitely recommend him to everyone!
