I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and graduated from University of Illinois College of Law. Before becoming a lawyer I spent seven years as an active duty naval officer, completing tours on a destroyer, a minesweeper and at Naval Station, Great Lakes, Illinois.
My tour at Great Lakes is what brought me to the Chicago area. After being admitted to the Illinois bar, I moved to Chicago to begin my legal career. In 2012, I partnered with a law school classmate to form Venis and Copp LLP. We have served the needs of clients in Chicago for more than three years and becoming a small business owner has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my working life.
My practice includes representing individuals and businesses in banktruptcy, estate planning and probate, litigation real estate, education law and traffic violations.
We offer free initial consulations to prosective clients and offer a variety of fee arrangements. We accept payment by all major credit cards and by PayPal.
