About me

My practice is focused on representing insurers in coverage disputes, with a particular emphasis on commercial liability coverage and public entity coverage. I counsel and represent insurers and reinsurers on a national and regional basis in state and federal courts, as well as in private arbitrations and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. I also frequently advise insurers on pre-litigation coverage issues and claim handling matters.
