Mr Dixler took my case despite the fact it was really difficult. I was in removing proceedings not knowing what to do after trying
couple other lawyers. Mr Dixler is really knowledgable and knew what steps to take in my case. After many legal actions the removal proceedings were discharged and I received a green card after marring my husband. I would recommend Mr Dixler to anyone who has a difficult legal situation.

I had a complicated case, I had to do my research and choose the best attorney for me. I had a 10min consultation with another attorney and left more worried then what I went in. I came across Kevin Dixler and was impressed with his profile and genuinely had a good feeling. I immediately scheduled an appointment and was pleasantly supprises with how well I was treated! They spent hours with me going through my situation, they told me some of their experiences, the attorney even told me stories about his personal life, and even advised me in mine! I literally felt important and at ease, they were both very down to earth and really good to talk to! I left feeling great and confident and this carried on through out the process. They would always answer my phone calls and I never felt rushed. They are very maticulous as they really do take pride in everything they do. I will use them again for sure!!

It's been a few years since I hired Mr. Dixler. He and his assistant are very efficient and knowledgeable. I called the office the last minute before my interview and I was able to get a hold of Mr. Dixler directly and explain him my complicated situation. I am so grateful I called him. There is no doubt I would go back to their office.

I wanted answer to specific questions regarding the visa stamping, but the attorney did not have sufficient information regarding the embassy regulations in Mexico.

Kevin Lawrence Dixler’s response: “Sometimes, there is no definitive answer nor a policy or regulation that the consulate uniformly follows in every matter. The "reason to believe" standard based upon INA Section 221(g) means that a consular official has the right to deny an application as a matter of discretion for no specific reason with no appeal. This frustrating standard is an issue for all applicants. If a person wants legal research and a citation to the Foreign Affairs Manual, then a 15 minute Avvo Session is insufficient time to do so.”

advisor has given his version but i was not happy though he gave information. i was expecting him to refer past cases similiar to mine from his experience - i felt he lacked that experience.

Kevin Lawrence Dixler’s response: “It often takes more than a 15 minute session to discuss administrative discretion. Usually, no two cases are exactly the same. After 23 years of immigration practice, with little else, I'd rather tell the truth, then be accused of lacking experience. Decisions are often first decided by trained non-attorneys, but can be reviewed by DHS Attorneys upon appeal or referral to immigration court. Discretion may mean that there are often imperfect answers that take more time than 15 minutes to explain. Discretion also means that two different Government adjudicators or consular officials may make a different decision, yet justify their decisions based upon limited experience, evidence and/or training, as well. The justification for a denial may be based upon the decision to overlook evidence or facts that are important to the case or an official. Administrative law does not come at the drop of a gavel, but the delivery of a decision or notice, which may not always make it to and/or be understood by its intended target without effort.”

Kevin called me back less than 5 minutes after I had made my payment online for a consultation. I can't put into words how extremely helpful he was. He answered every question that I had, as well as giving me a lot of extra information that was relevant. Talking to Kevin settled my mind entirely and made me feel a lot more comfortable with my current situation. If I need immigration advice or aid in the future I will 100% be contacting him.
