Excellent Attorney, highly recommendable

Young Ri is an excellent attorney (and I should know, since both my parents are lawyers, just in a different country). She is very responsive and professional, yet warm and kind. Thanks to her help, our entire process took less than 4 months, she knew every step of the process, helped us build a str...ong case (being an LGBT case in the Trump era...not precisely the easiest). She met with us to review the documentation, she kept in contact letting us know what were the notifications that she received (even before we got them!), what were the next steps, answering our questions. Young Ri was also flexible with the schedule to meet, since my wife could not get time off work. The amount of documentation that the USCIS requires is overwhelming, but she made it smooth and easy, took care of filling out the forms and preparing all the documents needed. She also came with us to the interview, to ensure we had everything, she knew every piece of evidence that we needed to bring and directed us through the entire process.Everything she said would happen, was exactly how it went down. We definitely recommend hiring her services, it does make a huge difference to have a true immigration expert taking care of your case. If you are going through an immigration process, look no further, at the end of your first consultation you will be signing the retainer.

Exceptional lawyer!

I remembered when I first called Young a year ago, I was nervous as to how to go about filing of our complicated case. I met her personally 6 months after the first phone call with my then girlfriend to discuss our case. She took a personal and heartfelt interest in our case and one can feel that she... prided herself on being an advocate for the clients she represents. She made immigration law, filing for the papers and what not so simple and direct to the point. She clearly explained to us during that first meeting what our options were and what her best recommendation was. She is never a person who will insist or pressure you to decide right then and there. We got married in August and Attorney Young filed for my wife's adjustment of status in September. The entire duration, she coached us on what we needed to do, what pertinent papers to prepare, kept us updated on the progress. I mean she was just so organized! She was so reassuring as well and you can feel a personal touch she gives to your case. She answers emails within the day, which is admirable for someone as busy as her. Even on weekends, she works her butt off for her clients and tries to work around your schedule. We've been to several lawyers before we met Attorney Young, nobody gave us that feeling that our case is something important and we are not just "clients." Yes, she gave us options before we decided to retain her service and believe me, we heard all those options before from other lawyers but nobody made us feel so welcome. Yes, immigration law is complicated and sensitive especially for the LGBT community but Young Ah Ri will set all those worries aside and give you her 200% to win your case. You'll face the immigration officer with confidence and peace of mind that you've come equipped, ready for the battle. My wife got her greencard even before this year ends, (in less than 4 months!) We are truly blessed to have Young as our lawyer. We will definitely employ her service again. There are a lot of immigration law experts out there, but are you willing to take the risk for mediocre ones who will not deliver, or will just take advantage of you?
