She reassured me every step of the way as well as sent me updates as she received them. Since I needed lots of supporting docs for my case, she and her team were consistently reminding me to obtain said docs and sent me frequent reminders so that they could file everything in a timely manner. She was our attorney during our naturalization case. She explained everything extremely well. She was exceptionally responsive to all our questions. I found Young Ah Ri through Google search. As always, I read reviews, and her reviews were excellent! I would give her 6 stars if available. I started with a phone call. She explained in a very clear and detailed manner so I could understand well and set the right expectation. Her charge was also ve...ry fair for the amount of time she put in. Once the case started, Young Ri was very responsive to any of my questions. She was also very efficient and thorough in collecting materials and preparing the case, and the follow-ups. By the way, Young Ri speaks several languages, besides English, she is very fluent in Japanese and Korean, and that helped my case a lot. Young Ri is a true professional, she answered emails while travelling abroad, stood by the phone and conducted face-time reviews in wee hours while my wife and I were abroad preparing the initial stage interviews. The entire process went very smooth and efficient. At our final interview this Monday, the immigration officer was very impressed by her work too. My case was approved the same day of the interview and within a week, I should receive the final approval document. I highly recommend Ms. Young Ah Ri.
