Young and her team would respond almost immediately to any email, call or text. I don't think a request went longer than a couple hours without answer, which is amazing. It would not be unusual for Young to personally answer our questions late on a weekend night or within minutes of asking. Working with attorneys in my profession regularly I have never seen this level of responsiveness in my 20 year career.
