She offered tremendous advice and counsel as to what to expect and how to act, etc. This preparation was invaluable, what she predicted was exactly how the interview went, and we were overprepared thanks to Young. A common theme throughout working with Young, is the detail and thoroughness in preparation. At no point were we not fully ready for what was to come thanks to her. The level of preparation that went into the case prior to applying was outstanding and lead to a smooth process once started. Young knew every detail of our case and handled us with care and compassion not typically seen by lawyers in earnest. We also need to comment on the communication from Young and her staff. Young and her team would respond almost immediately to any email, call or text. I don't think a request went longer than a couple hours without answer, which is amazing. It would not be unusual for Young to personally answer our questions late on a weekend night or within minutes of asking. Working with attorneys in my profession regularly I have never seen this level of responsiveness in my 20 year career. She made us feel like we were her only client and she was going to work tirelessly on our behalf. And she did. Young was absolutely fantastic. This was not an easy process by nature of the immigration process and our circumstances, but she made it as positive as possible and was invaluable to us throughout.
