We hired Young to assist with our green card application after researching and interviewing several lawyers and it is definitely one of the best decisions we have ever made. The level of preparation that went into the case prior to applying was outstanding and lead to a smooth process once started. Young knew every detail of our case and handled us with care and compassion not typically seen by lawyers in earnest. We also need to comment on the communication from Young and her staff. Young and her team would respond almost immediately to any email, call or text. I don't think a request went longer than a couple hours without answer, which is amazing. It would not be unusual for Young to personally answer our questions late on a weekend night or within minutes of asking. Working with attorneys in my profession regularly I have never seen this level of responsiveness in my 20 year career. She made us feel like we were her only client and she was going to work tirelessly on our behalf. And she did. Young was absolutely fantastic. This was not an easy process by nature of the immigration process and our circumstances, but she made it as positive as possible and was invaluable to us throughout.
