As a result, we didn't have to go through the Nunc pro Tunc process - the officials corrected the mistake and didn't request any in-person interviews. - They did call me a few days later to clarify a few things but nothing difficult to handle. My H1B extension got approved a few days and we are moving into the PERM process. I am not sure how other attorneys would have handled my case but Young did an excellent job.
