About me

My daily law practice involves handling complex business law and tax law matters, and serving in an "outside general counsel" advisory capacity for businesses and corporate officers.

Most attorneys generally only have experience with one of the two practice areas.  However, I hold the unique skill and experience to handled complex matter in both areas.  If you are a business owner or manage your company, allow me to be your reliable, trusted, and affordable outside general counsel and advisor with respect to your business.  I literally write the book on the topic of business taxes and tax controversy, in my book entitled - "Business Taxpayer's Guide to IRS Tax Debt Resolution."
