Yllka took our case when it was time to do our interview with USCIS. When we met her, she took the time to get to know us and prepare us for the interview. We had been incredibly stressed, but Yllka's expertise and attitude really helped calm our nerves. She answered all of our questions and prepared... us really well for the interview. I had been denied a green card renewal and had also been put in deportation proceedings (which led to years of battling this immigration issue). I only called for a consultation in regards to my pending I-485 case that seems to have been lost by USCIS (we have contacted USCIS over a dozen times, even made an InfoPass appointment, and no one seems to have any answers or is able to contact the officer who interviewed us). I could not remember t...he interviewing officer's name, and Yllka asked a bunch of questions trying to see if she could figure out who it was--and when a name she said rung a bell, she gave us insight that this officer has dropped the ball on other applications as well.
