We had been incredibly stressed, but Yllka's expertise and attitude really helped calm our nerves. She answered all of our questions and prepared... us really well for the interview. We could tell that she really cares about the people going through this process. We are extremely grateful for her help and for her suggestions for the documentation to bring to the interview. I had been denied a green card renewal and had also been put in deportation proceedings (which led to years of battling this immigration issue).
