First Rate Attorney
I retained Bill to pursue a case against a large financial services firm and was extremely pleased with that decision. Not only did he secure a positive outcome, but he did so with integrity and the highest degree of professionalism. He is smart, amiable, and legally savvy. I have dealt with a number of attorneys throughout my life (on the state and federal level), and Bill is truly one of the best. If you are looking for first rate legal counsel, Bill Sweetnam is an outstanding choice.

Excellent Lawyer
Mr Sweetnam is an excellent lawyer. He understands software development and helped me write a contract for a customer. As all lawyers he bills by the hour so you have to make sure you understand how many hours are involved in his work because. In my case the help I received was worth of the money.

Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable, and Tough
Our attorney filed a class action lawsuit against our bank for re-sorting transactions which allowed them to assess thousands of dollars in NSF fees on our account over the years. Mr. Sweetnam was professional, courteous, and helped us through the entire process and kept us strong when we felt defeated during the long delays that can sometimes happen, knowing that we were fighting to ensure that they would no longer do this to other bank clients. We finally prevailed, and we are happy that we chose Mr. Sweetnam to represent us. If you want someone who can be tough on the other guys and give you the strength you need to get through the process, this is the guy to choose.

Brilliant, professional, knowledgeable and intelligent
I am based overseas and had a case in Chicago, IL, filed against me; which lasted for 18 months. Bill was always available to speak, advise, update and consult no matter what time zone we were in. This was crucial in me understanding my rights, the details of the case and progress. He took the complaint from the State Courts to the Federal Courts - a smart move. Ultimately, the judge ruled in my favour, meaning I won the case. This was all done to Bill. Thank you Bill and team!

Peace of Mind
I cannot rave enough about my experience with William and his firm. I needed legal help, guidance in getting money owed to me by a financial advisor that made an incorrect disbursement to another party. Their knowledge in my matter was insurmountable. William was able to dive in and get familiar in my case within a couple days of engagement. He then proceeded to negotiate a settlement and the agreement with my best interest in hand. The contact and response time incredible. William kept me informed on every step and explained to me in detail the things I just didn't grasp. I have found it tough to find attorneys that I trust, that are accountable and that have my best interest in the past. William erased those past fears and I now have peace of mind. I will only work with William and his team in the future. Whomever is reading this and needs legal assistance ... look no further ... you have found a diamond in the rough!!
