About me

ROLAND S. KESKE, Partner, is a graduate of DePauw University (B.A.) and The John Marshall Law School (J.D.). Roland specializes in commercial and defense litigation, with experience in casualty, subrogation, premises liability, construction and coverage. He is a member of The Risk Management Society.


 


Roland has authored and edited several articles published by the Chicago Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Roland has also given seminars to businesses, insurance company personnel, attorneys and industry groups on a variety of topics, including casualty, subrogation, premises liability, insurance coverage, alternative dispute resolution, commercial contracts, civil settlements, statutory changes and residential construction defect claims.


 


Roland is admitted to practice in all Illinois state courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Eastern District of Missouri, as well as the United States Supreme Court and has represented clients before the Illinois Supreme Court and the Appellate Courts of Illinois for the First, Second, and Third Districts. He is also licensed in the State of Missouri.
