I was very nervous when I made the decision to go through with the filing. Not to mention, I was grieving. Which I did not mentioned to the lawyer. The entire process was fairly calm because of the way everything was explained to me so plainly. During my first visit, basically all my information were... uploaded in the application process, and just a few more documents were required for my follow-up visit. Once my court date came up, I was fully prepared and educated on all that was to take place during the hearing with the trustee. I had the pleasure of working with attorney Dale Riley. He was so professional, honest and always punctual in returning my calls or replying to my emails. After spending time communicating with Dale on the phone, I came to also realize how thoughtful and caring he was. When the pandemic hit, it was unprecedented times, and I was once again mourning and grieving. This time, Dale was aware of everything that I was going through. I broke down couple times while on the phone with him. But he was so patient and offered comforting words. It was so great to have had Dale as my lawyer. He is an authentic and considerate person. And if everyone at Geraci is like him, then you are in good hands.
