This review is FALSE. We always give both options, in writing: it is up to the debtor to decide what to do. After deciding to file a Chapter 13 with a very low payment, only 200 a month, she decided she wanted to go buy a car on credit! Instead of asking us to get the Court to approve a new car loan, she wanted to convert to Chapter 7. In fact, she is still in her Chapter 13 with another attorney who filed an objection to dismissing it for her, after she asked us to dismiss it. So her comments are just nasty and FALSE. Again please accept my humble apologies for this one referral and remarks toward your professionalism and character.
