Juan was awesome. I will admit that I have been sick for days because I was served a summons and my paycheck is already short...more bills than I have money. He offered me options I didn't realize I had. I was very intimidated by the packet that I had to fill out but as he walked me through each part... my nervous were calmed. I really felt at east when I left. I will be filing a chapter 13 and I will admit that I misunderstood what he said to me about adding all bills BUT he did tell me that if I had any questions once I left the office by all means I could call back.

I found the attorneys at the Berwyn location to be especially friendly and helpful. Creditors threatened to take my home but Attorneys Frank Hernandez and David Lugardo calmed me down and reassured me. They protected my home and got the creditors off my back. Steve was also very helpful in calming... my worries. I would recommend anybody who is being harassed by creditors to see Frank and David.
